Mon Cherie sind immer gerne verschenkt, habt ihr sie schon mal selbst hergestellt? Ich zeige euch, wie ihr es ganz einfach machen könnt.

Ihr benötigt nicht viele Zutaten, etwas Zeit und Freude beim Pralinenherstellen. Am besten ihr stellt auch gleich mehrere ein, denn ein paar muss man einfach selber naschen. 😀 Im übrigen, falls ihr es noch nicht wusstet, gekaufte und selbstgemachte Mon Cherie sind vegan.

Mon Cherie I Kirsch-Pralinen (vegan)

Für 20-30 Pralinen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
20-30 Kirschen aus dem Glas
5 EL Kirschwasser
5 EL Kirschlikör
250 g Zartbitterkuvertüre

Außerdem:
Silikonpinsel
Pralinenform

Zubereitung:

Die Kirschen von ihrer Flüssigkeit befreien und in eine Schüssel geben. Kirschwasser und Kirschlikör hinzugeben und 5-6 Stunden ziehen lassen.

Die Kuvertüre/Schokolade in grobe Stücke brechen und in den Mixtopf geben. Für 15 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 8 zerkleinern. Anschließend gleich zum schmelzen bringen für 5 Minuten /50°c/ Stufe 2.

Die Pralinenformen mit der Schokolade auskleiden. Das geht am besten mit einen Silikonpinsel. Die Formen für 10 Minuten in den Kühlschrank geben.

In jede Formöffnung eine Kirsche, ohne Flüssigkeit, legen.

Mit der restlichen Kuvertüre die Praline verschließen. Für mindestens 30 Minuten in den Kühlschrank geben und aushärten lassen.

Mon Cherie aus der Form lösen und verschenken oder naschen. 🙂
