Thermomix-Thursday #51 -HelloFresh Box 3

Meine dritte und vorletzte HelloFresh Box für den Thermomix ist angekommen. Mit der diesmaligen Box bin ich echt zufrieden, leider wurden mir aber die falschen Rezeptkarten geliefert. Da man die Rezepte auch auf der HelloFresh-Webseite findet, habe ich mir einfach die richtigen Karten (mit der Zubereitung im Thermomix) ausgedruckt. Ein Rezept habe ich auch wieder für euch verfilmt.

Cremiges Thai-Gemüse-Curry
mit Kokosmilch und Basmatireis (vegan)

Dieses Thai-Gemüse-Curry mit einer exotischen Note von Limette und Thai-Basilikum ist ein ideales Sommergericht. Schön leicht, frisch, köstlich und es duftet einfach nur himmlisch.

Für 4 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
400g Champignons
2 Karotten
300g Fisolen/Prinzessbohnen
1 Zwiebel
300g (Basmati-)Reis
1-2 TL gelbe Currypaste
500ml Kokosmilch
1 Limette
2 Stängel Thai-Basilikum
1 rote Chili
100g Gemüsebrühe
Olivenöl
(Meer-)Salz
Pfeffer
1 TL Zucker
Wasser

Zubereitung:

Karotten schälen und kleinschneiden. Champignons putzen und vierteln. Fisolen/Bohnen säubern und halbieren. Die Limette auspressen. Den Thai-Basilikum zupfen. Die Chili in Streifen schneiden.

1000 g Wasser und ½ TL Salz in den Mixtopf geben, Garkörbchen einhängen, Basmatireis zugeben, mit dem Spatel gut vermischen und 17 Minuten /100°C/ Stufe 4 garen. Den Reis aus dem Mixtopf nehmen und umfüllen. Am besten in ein Gefäß wo er schön warm bleibt.

Den Mixtopf ausspülen und trocknen. Die Zwiebel halbieren und in den Mixtopf geben, 3 Sekunden /-/ Stufe 5 zerkleinern und mit dem Spatel nach unten schieben.

1 EL Olivenöl und Fisolen/Bohnen zugeben und für 4 Minuten /120 °C/ Stufe 1 dünsten.  1 – 2 TL Curry-Paste, Kokosmilch, Gemüsebrühe, Karottenscheiben, Champignonstücke und 1 TL Zucker hinzugeben. Anstelle des Messbechers das Garkörbchen als Spritzschutz auf den Mixtopfdeckel stellen und 17 Minuten /98°C/ Linkslauf / Stufe 1,5 garen.

Limettensaft in den Mixtopf zugeben, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und umrühren. Auf Tellern anrichten und mit etwas gehacktem Thai-Basilikum und Chilistreifen bestreuen

Bevor ich euch noch die anderen beiden Gerichte vorstelle, möchte ich euch schnell den Inhalt der Box zeigen. Wie auch schon bei den letzten Boxen habe ich das Auspacken für euch mitgefilmt. Ich denke das ist für den ein oder anderen von euch ganz interessant zu sehen. 🙂

Auch diesmal kamen alle Zutaten heil, gekühlt und frisch an. Was mich ein bisschen stört ist diese viele Kunststoff-Verpackung. Ich persönlich fände es angenehmer, wenn ein bisschen darauf verzichtet werden würde und man mehr Papiersackerl verwenden würde. Auch der Umwelt zur Liebe.

Nun wisst ihr auch schon was für weitere Rezepte in der Box waren/sind. Natürlich habe ich diese auch nachgekocht. Das Rezept von Jamie gibt es leider nicht für den Thermomix, aber für das andere habe ich die Thermomix-Zubereitung gefunden und mir ausgedruckt.

Jamies sizilianische Spaghetti alla Norma mit Aubergine, Kapern & Basilikum

Sehr lecker und mediterran. Die Kapern schmecken stark hervor, wer diese nicht so gerne hat sollte ein paar weniger verwenden. Ich finde es gut, dass Vollkorn-Spaghetti verwendet werden, diese geben dem Gericht noch etwas ganz besonders. Es ist ein Gericht, bei dem Kinder gerne mithelfen, da es nicht sehr schwer und aufwendig ist. Da jeder Pasta liebt, ist dieses Gericht immer goldrichtig.

Gefüllte Pita-Taschen mit Kichererbsen-Taler, Kräuter-Dip und Süßkartoffel-Wedges

Sieht das nicht gut aus?! 🙂 Sehr leicht zu veganisieren (Crème fraîche durch veganen Joghurt austauschen). Etwas aufwendig, aber für den Geschmack lohnt es sich. Statt Wedges habe ich Pommes geschnitten (kommt ja fast aufs Selbe hinaus) und die Zwiebelringe habe ich kurz in etwas Olivenöl angedünstet (meine Kinder essen sie nicht gerne roh). Auch wenn man Zutaten und Rezept bekommt, man kann immer noch selber entscheiden und in der Zubereitung nach eigenen belieben etwas variieren.

Ich freue mich schon auf meine vierte und letzte Box. Nächste Woche bekommt ihr von mir dann natürlich auch ein (Gesamt-)Fazit zur HelloFresh Box für den Thermomix.
