Erfrischender Ayran mit Minze

Ayran ist ein Erfrischungsgetränk und stammt ursprünglich aus dem Kaukasus und Anatolien. Es erfrischt wunderbar an heißen Tagen, ist schnell zubereitet und lässt sich prima mit anderen Gewürzen und Aromen verfeinern, wie z. B. Gurkenwasser, Dille und Petersilie.
 
Ich gebe auf meinem Ayran gerne etwas geröstete Minze, ich liebe den Geschmack von Minze und habe das Gefühl, dass die Minze die erfrischende Eigenschaft vom Ayran noch positiv unterstützt.

Erfrischender Ayran mit Minze

 
 

Für 3-4 Gläser Ayran wird benötigt:
♥500g Joghurt 10%
♥300ml Wasser, kalt
♥1-2TL Salz
♥1EL neutrales Öl (Sonnenblumenöl)
♥1TL getrocknete Minze 


Außerdem:
♥Messbecher
♥Schneebesen
♥Gläser zum Servieren 
♥kleine Pfanne



Zubereitung:
Joghurt und Wasser im Messbecher verquirlen. Bei Bedarf kann noch etwas mehr Wasser hinzugefügt werden, je nach dem, wie flüssig man den Ayran haben möchte. Salz hinzugeben und kräftig umrühren. Den Ayran in Gläser abfüllen und kühl stellen.

Das Öl in eine Pfanne geben und sanft erhitzen, es sollte nicht zu heiß werden! Die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und die getrocknete Minze hineingeben. Gut verrühren, umfüllen in eine Schale und etwas abkühlen lassen. Anschließend auf dem Ayran geben und die volle Erfrischung genießen! 😉
