Gebackene Äpfel I Apfelradl I süßes Fingerfood

Gebackene Äpfel oder auch Apfelradl ist für mich wie eine Alternative zu gebackenen Bananen geworden. Sie sind nicht ganz so süß, fester im Biss und etwas handlicher.

Auch finde ich, dass man sie viel besser noch am nächsten Tag essen kann. Ich stelle immer eine große Menge davon her und schlemme mich dann zwei Tage durch. 😀

Apfelradl (vegan)

Für eine große Portion.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
300 g Mehl
1 EL Backpulver
etwas Tonkabohnenabrieb
etwas Zitronenschale
Prise (Meer-)Salz
50 g Zucker
300 g Pflanzendrink
1 EL Apfelessig
3-4 Äpfel

Außerdem:
Pfanne
Öl zum Ausbacken
Kerngehäuseentferner

Zubereitung:

Die Äpfel schälen und das Kerngehäuse mit dem Entferner entfernen.
Die Äpfel in 1-2 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.

Die restlichen Zutaten miteinander zu einen Teig verrühren.

Eine Pfanne mit reichlich Öl befüllen. Die Äpfelscheiben in etwas Mehl wenden, dann in dem Teig und anschließend im heißen Öl ausbacken. Für einige Minuten von beiden Seiten, bis sie goldbraun sind.

Auf einem Küchenpapier zum Abtropfen legen.
Gleich servieren oder nach Bedarf.

Auch können die Apfelradl mit Staubzucker und etwas Zimt bestreut werden.
