Auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt gibt es viele süße Leckereien, aber auch die herzhaften gehören unbedingt erwähnt. 🙂 Wie diese Champignonpfanne mit Knoblauchsauce , richtig lecker!  Für Veganer auch sehr gut abänderbar.

Champignonpfanne mit Knoblauchsauce (vegetarisch)

Für 4 Portionen.
Zutaten für die Sauce:
❤200g Joghurt
❤100g Sauerrahm
❤2 Knoblauchzehen
❤1 EL Zitronensaft
❤Chiliflocken, Salz, Pfeffer

Zutaten für die Pfanne:
❤3 EL Sonnenblumenöl
❤1-2 Zwiebeln
❤1-2 Knoblauchzehen
❤800g Champignons
❤etwas Meersalz
❤etwas Pfeffer
❤1/2 TL Curry
❤1/2 EL griechisches Gewürzsalz
❤etwas Wasser
❤1 TL Tomatenmark
❤2 EL Petersilie
