Blitzschnell, super saftig und ein wahrer Genuss ist dieser außergewöhnliche Kuchen.
In Rumänien werden viele Speisen mit Polenta zubereitet, nicht nur deftige, sondern auch Kuchen werden damit gebacken. Die Polenta ist ein Allrounder und hat eine stetige Präsens in meiner Küche.
Das Rezept, welches ich euch vorstellen möchte ist sogar vegan. Der Kuchen ist lange haltbar und lässt sich prima einfrieren, falls nicht der ganze Kuchen gegessen wurde.

Chec de malai (vegan)
Für eine 18er Springform.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
160g Mehl
80g Zucker
Prise Salz
Prise Kurkuma
2 TL Backpulver
Schale einer Zitrone
Saft einer Orange
110g Sodawasser
40g neutrales Öl
50g (Soja-)Joghurt
