Gefühlt gab es ewig kein Pastarezept mehr von mir, da ich noch Brokkoli im Kühlschrank hatte, war es die ideale Gelegenheit eine cremige One-Pot Pasta zu kochen.
Die One-Pot Pasta hat nicht nur den Vorteil, dass man sich den Abwasch eines zusätzlichen Topfes und Siebes spart, die Sauce zieht auch unglaublich gut in die Pasta ein.
Ich verwende übrigens gerne eine breite Pfanne für dieses Rezept. Aber auch mit einen Topf funktioniert es wunderbar.
Für 4 Portionen cremige One-Pot Pasta.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 1 Zwiebel
- 2-3 Knoblauchzehen
- 500 g Brokkoli
- 1-2 El Öl
- 600-800 ml Wasser
- etwas Gemüsebrühe
- 500 g kurze Pasta
- 50-100 ml Hafersahne
- Salz, Pfeffer und Chiliflocken
- 2 EL Hefeflocken
Zubereitung:
Den Brokkoli säubern und kleinschneiden.
Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und in Stücke schneiden, so fein wie man es möchte.
Öl in eine Pfanne/Topf geben und erhitzen. Zwiebel und Knoblauch kurz andünsten, anschließend den Brokkoli dazugeben.
In das Wasser Gemüsebrühpulver oder Paste einrühren. Dann zusammen mit der Pasta in den Topf/die Pfanne geben. Aufkochen lassen und solange köcheln, wie die Pasta laut Packungsanleitung benötigt. In meinem Fall sind es 8 Minuten.
Gerne auch nach ein paar Minuten mit einem Deckel köcheln lassen!
Nun kommen Salz, Pfeffer, Chili, Hafersahne und Hefeflocken hinzu. Gut unterrühren und 2-4 Minuten ziehen lassen.
Auf Tellern verteilen und servieren.
