Oft ist man auf der Suche nach dem einen Kochbuch. Eines, welches rund ums Jahr Inspiration und Rezepte bietet. Wäre es nicht absolut toll, wenn es ein Bastel-, Deko- und Kochratgeber wäre?
Imke Johannson hat so ein Buch geschaffen. Egal ob Frühling, Sommer, Herbst oder Winter, es wird dekoriert und ordentlich geschlemmt.

Imkes Kochkonzept
Einen Wochenplan zu schreiben kann alles andere als leicht sein. Meistens liegt es nicht an den vielen Rezeptwünschen, sondern eher daran, dass keine Wünsche kommen. Da man nun mal nicht jeden Tag Pasta mit Tomatensauce essen kann, muss eine Idee her. Schwierig, schwierig…doch mit ein paar kleinen Tricks recht einfach zu meistern. Das Buch ist in 20 Basiskategorien aufgebaut, die je nach der Jahreszeit variiert werden. Keine aufwendige Rezepte, die Familienerprobt sind und klein und groß gut schmecken.

Zwischen den Rezepten bekommt man einen Einblick in Imkes Traumküche. Und nicht nur in ihre Küche nimmt sie uns mit. Wer denkt, die Dekotipps sind für nur den Essenstisch bestimmt, der liegt weit daneben. Fensterbank, Wohnzimmer und auch der Garten bleibt von keiner Kreativität verschont. 
 
Man merkt, dass das Buch mit sehr viel Liebe und Hingabe gestaltet wurde. Kleine Details, viele Fotos und eine Prise moderne Elemente runden das Ganze perfekt ab.
 
 
Als besonderes Extra gibt es noch 25 Koch- und Dekovideos, die als Step by Step-Anleitung aufgebaut sind. Jede Jahreszeit gibt es 6 Videos, immer 3 Deko- und 3 Kochvideos. Dafür muss man gar nicht viel erledigen, außer sich lediglich im Kundencenters des Verlages registrieren und den Code, der sich auf der letzten Seite des Buches befindet, eingeben. 
 
Das Buch ist in Vorwort, Rezeptübersicht, Frühling, Sommer, Herbst, Winter, Vorlagen, Über mich, Danksagung und Impressum aufgebaut.Sehr gefällt mir nach den vielen Rezepten die Danksagung, es ist schön zu sehen wie viele Personen am Buch mitwirkten und all ihre positive Energie zu Papier gebracht haben.
 
Dieses Buch ist eines der wenigen, welches oft in meiner Küche steht und mit dem regelmäßig gekocht wird. An Tagen, an den ich nicht weiß das ich essen möchte oder einfach nur nach Anregungen suche, ist das Buch mir mit Rat zur Seite. Sogar mein Mann blättert gerne im Buch herum und ist begeistert von den einfachen, dennoch so schmackhaften, Gerichten.
 
Um euch einen kulinarischen Vorgeschmack auf das Buch zu geben kochen wir heute zusammen.

♥Möhren-Kartoffeltopf 
mit Schafskäse und Rucola
(Buchseite 32)
 
 
Dies ist ein vegetarisches Rezept, allerdings habe ich es auch schon vegan abgewandelt.
In Klammern schreibe ich euch statt den vegetarischen Zutaten meine vegane Variante. 🙂
 
Für 4 Portionen:
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥850g kleine Kartoffeln, z. B. Drillinge
♥650g möhren
♥20g Butter (♥Margarine)
♥200g Schafskäse (♥veganer Frischkäse mit etwas Meersalz gewürzt)
♥20g Rucola
♥Salz
♥Pfeffer
 
Zubereitung:
Kartoffel in Salzwasser kochen, circa 15 Minuten. Wer mag darf die Kartoffeln natürlich auch schälen.
 
Währenddessen die Möhren schälen, in Scheiben schneiden und in Butter (Margarine) anbraten.
 
Kartoffeln abgießen und zu den Möhren geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, den Schafskäse darüberkrümeln (oder den veganen Frischkäse mit Meersalz gewürzt hinzugeben) und mit dem Rucola vermengen.
 
Servieren und genießen.
