Kochworkshop Joya -mit Marie-Louise Schweitzer

Wenn ich ein Lebensmittel wär, dann wäre ich garantiert ein griechischer Joghurt. 😀 Passt einfach perfekt zu mir. Wie ihr wisst bin ich sozusagen Teilzeit-Veganer, ich esse sehr gerne vegan, aber halt nicht immer (außer ich befinde mich mitten in der orthodoxen Fastenzeit). Auf Joghurt zu verzichten fällt mir schwer, da ich kein großer Soja-Joghurtfan bin. Und griechischen Joghurt in vegan, also schön stichfest, gab es bis jetzt auch nicht.

Joya hatte die geniale Idee als Markterster einen veganen griechischen Joghurt ( den Greek Joygurt) herzustellen. Ein tolles Produkt, welches uns die Köchin Marie-Louise Schweitzer in einem Kochworkshop näher gebracht hat. Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert. Für euch habe ich einige Fotos mitgebracht und natürlich auch mein liebstes Rezept der drei Gänge. 🙂

Auf Bloggerevents fehlt es fast nie an gutem Essen. Vor allem bei denen für Foodblogger. Bei dem Workshop von und mit Joya gab es das natürlich auch, allerdings von uns Bloggern zubereitet. Als kleine Stärkung gab es vorher allerhand an veganen Snacks und Drinks. Mit einem Mango Lassi in der Hand begann für mich ein schöner Abend.

Gekocht wurde…

Als Vorspeise gab es ein Rote-Rüben Tartar mit einer spicy Joya Avocado-Creme.
Als Hauptspeise gab es eine köstlich gefüllte Melanzani.
Und zu guter Letzt ,die perfekte Abrundung des Menüs, das Dessert. Ein Rhabarber-Erdbeer-Duett im Blätterteigschüsselchen.

Da Fotos mehr sagen als Worte, habe ich für euch einige Momente versucht einzufangen und festzuhalten. Natürlich auch von den gekochten und entstandenen Speisen.

Am besten hat mir das Dessert geschmeckt. Ich liebe Rhabarber, Erdbeeren und Pistazien. Mit griechischen Joghurt (oder in diesem Fall Greek Joygurt) verfeinert fühle ich mich wie auf ein rosa Wölkchen schwebend. Ihr möchtet zusammen mit mir auf der rosa Wolke schweben?? Dann verrate ich euch sehr gerne das Rezept.

Rhabarber-Erdbeer-Duett im Blätterteigschüsselchen

Für 2-3 Personen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
2 EL Zucker
10 Erdbeeren
2 EL Cointreau
2 Rhabarberstangen
Joya Greek Erdbeer-Joygurt
Vanillezucker
Pistazien
Blätterteig
Ahornsirup
1 Orange
Minze

Zubereitung:
2 EL Zucker in der Pfanne leicht karamellisieren. Den klein geschnittenen Rhabarber hinzugeben und mit dem Saft einer Orange ablöschen. Anschließend leicht köcheln lassen, bis der Rhabarber weich ist.

Den Blätterteig in 4 Stücke teilen. Kleine Keramikschüsseln einfetten und den Teig drüber legen. Mit dem Ahornsirup bestreichen und im vorgeheiztem Backrohr ( 180°C Heissluft) für circa 20 Minuten den Teig goldgelb backen.

Die Erdbeeren klein schneiden. In eine Schüssel geben und mit Cointreau, etwas Vanillezucker und gehackter Minze vermengen.

Auf Tellern die Blätterteigschüsseln platzieren. Den, gut durchgerührten, Greek Erdbeer Joygurt hineingeben. Den Rhabarberkompott hinaufgeben. Dazu den Erdbeer-Minz-Salat servieren, mit gehackte Pistazien dekorieren und das Dessert genießen.

Es wurde nicht nur gekocht, sondern auch miteinander gelacht und über Bloggererfahrungen ausgetauscht. Ich bedanke mich bei Joya für die Einladung und den tollen Abend. Und als wäre das nicht schon genug gewesen haben wir auch noch ein Goodie Bag erhalten. Ihr müsst unbedingt den Müslidrink ausprobieren, das war bei mir Liebe auf den ersten Schluck! (Kann man das so überhaupt schreiben ?! 😀 ) Und natürlich auch den Greek Joygurt. 🙂
