Richtig einfach, passt super in den Sommer und schmeckt grandios. Gebratene Zucchini nach griechischer Art, kennen viele sicher aus dem Griechenlandurlaub oder aus der Taverne. Ich verrate euch mein Rezept, damit ihr sie auch Zuhause genießen könnt.

Ihr könnt sie als Meze|Mezedakia servieren, oder aber auch als Hauptspeise zu Fleisch, Fisch oder weiteren gebratenen Gemüse. Ich esse dazu liebend gerne Tzatziki und Pitabrot.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
1 große|2 kleine Zucchini
(Meer-)Salz
kaltes Wasser
Mehl
4-6 EL Olivenöl

Außerdem:
Sieb
große Schüssel
zwei kleine Schüsseln
Messer
Pfanne
Küchenpapier|Küchenkrepp

Video laden

Die Zucchini waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. In ein Sieb geben, darunter eine Schüssel und etwas salzen. Die Zucchini mit dem Salz „massieren“ und sie für ein paar Minuten stehen lassen.

Mehl und kaltes Wasser jeweils in eine kleine Schüssel geben. Eine Pfanne aufsetzen und das Olivenöl hineingeben und erhitzen. Die Zucchinischeiben mit etwas Küchenpapier abtupfen, im Mehl wälzen, anschließend ganz kurz in das Wasser dippen und sofort in die Pfanne geben. Von beiden Seiten goldbraun ausbacken -gelegentlich wenden.

Aus der Pfanne nehmen und das überschüssige Olivenöl mit einem Küchenpapier auffangen. Noch heiß oder kalt servieren.

Wer möchte kann die gebratenen Zucchini noch mit etwas Meersalz bestreuen und mit Zitronensaft beträufeln.
