Thermomix-Thursday #56 -Grill und Burgersauce

Wer grillen oder Burger essen will, der benötigt nicht unbedingt Wärme und Sonnenschein, aber es macht so viel mehr Spaß. Passend zum tollen Wetter möchte ich euch einen Favorit meiner Grill- und Burgersaucen vorstellen.

Auch für Hotdogs wird sie bei uns gerne verwendet. Die Sauce ist passt auch hervorragend zu gegrilltes Gemüse ( z. B. Maiskolben vom Grill). Richtig lecker! 🙂

Grill und Burgersauce à la Nia (vegetarisch)

Für 1 Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden verwendet:
1 kleine Zwiebel, rot
90g Mayonnaise
4 Gewürzgurken
2 EL Tomatenmark
1/2-1 TL (Meer-)Salz
Pfeffer
Chiliflocken
1 EL Ketchup
1 EL Paprikamark
1 TL Paprikapulver
1 EL Senf

Die Zwiebel schälen und für 5 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 5 zerkleinern.
Die Zwiebelstücke mit einem Spatel runter schieben.

Die restlichen Zutaten hinzugeben.
Für 8 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 6 zu einer Sauce vermengen.

Tipp: Wer möchte kann aus der Sauce auch ein Blitz-Dressing zaubern. 🙂
1 EL von der Sauce mit 2 EL (Soja-)Joghurt oder 2 EL Wasser vermischen und über den Salat gießen.
