Selbstgemachter Mango-Lassi

Meine Geschichte, wie ich zum Mango-Lassi kam, Sha Rukh Kan kennenlernte und mein erstes Interview gab.

Zu meiner Schulzeit waren Bollywoodfilme total in. Bei mir ist der Trend irgendwie vorbeigerutscht. 😀 Ich weiß noch ganz genau, wie ich damals mit meinen damaligen Schulfreundinnen Hülya, Ayla und Selin am roten Teppich der Berlinale stand. Wir haben ganz spontan von der Schule freibekommen (Danke nochmal an meine Lehrerin) und sind dann los. Die drei voll aus dem Häuschen, haben wie wild vor Freude in der U-Bahn herumgezappelt und ich war völlig ruhig und entspannt. Irgendwann schwappte die Euphorie auch zu mir rüber… aber warum eigentlich?!

Das kann ich mir bis heute nicht erklären. 🙂 Vier Mädels auf einen Haufen, da bleibt keine lange ruhig. An der Berlinale angekommen hatten wir noch 2 Stunden Zeit. Wie der Zufall es so wollte kam ein Fernsehteam auf uns zu. Fragten was wir dort machten und ob wir nicht Zeit für ein Interview hätten. Irgendwie haben die anderen kaum ein Wort raus bekommen, also erzählte ist drauf los. Nach über einer Stunde war das Interview vorbei, wir wurden überhäuft mit Süßigkeiten, Getränke, Shirts…so viel hat gar nicht in die Schultasche gepasst. Zum Schluss wurden noch Fotos gemacht, welche ich am nächsten Tag sowohl im Internet als auch in der Zeitung wiederfand. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich mir etwas schöneres angezogen. 😀 (Achtung, Frauenproblem!) An der Berlinale wurde es immer voller, also beschlossen wir uns schon mal in Position zu begeben, immerhin wollten wir am roten Teppich stehen. An Presseleuten und Fotografen vorbeigedrängelt haben wir es auch geschafft, man sollte nie die Macht und Willensstärke von vier Mädchen unterschätzen. 😀 Nach kurzer Zeit schrie Hülya los, ich hatte das Gefühl mir platzte das Trommelfell. Sha Rukh Kan!!!! Ich darauf nur:,,Sha ruukh Wer??“ Drei böse Blicke durchbohrten mich. Endlich verstand ich den Grund des spontanen Schulausfluges. Bollywood – Sha Rukh Kan – Berlinale…das ich nicht früher drauf gekommen bin. Da Hülya so laut geschrien hatte und ich schräg vor ihr stand kam Sha Rukh Kan auf uns zu reichte mir die Hand, lächelte und ging weiter. Ich dachte die Mädels würden ausflippen, weil sie nicht seine Hand halten konnten, aber sie waren so glücklich und sprachlos, dass ich gleich mit sprachlos war. (Das geschieht selten, denn ich spreche sogar im Schlaf) Zum Abschluss des Tages gingen wir zum Inder, ich mag zwar kein Bollywood aber liebe indisches Essen! Ich gab für die Mädels noch einen Mango-Lassi aus, er schmeckte so gut, dass ich fortan mir IMMER beim Inder einen Mango-Lassi bestellen muss. Mit einem Schmunzeln im Gesicht denke ich gerne an den Tag zurück, so verrückt und spontan er angefangen hatte, so lecker und ausgeglichen endete er. 🙂 (Ich suche bei Gelegenheit die Fotos raus, die müssten noch auf dem alten Computer existieren. Sobald ich sie finde füge ich sie nachträglich ein)

Irgendwann fing ich an den Mango-Lassi auch Zuhause einzuführen. Er ist blitzschnell gemacht, schmeckt kalt schön erfrischend und kann gut mit dem vom Inder konkurrieren.

Für 2-3 Personen
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
1 Mango (Fruchtfleisch)
150g kaltes Wasser
150g (Soja-)Joghurt
1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
etwas Kurkuma
1 TL Rosenwasser

eventuell zum Süßen etwas Agavendicksaft
Pürierstab

Zubereitung:

 

Alle Zutaten in eine Schüssel oder ein hohes Behältnis geben. Pürieren und mixen bis keine Mangostücke mehr zu sehen sind. Gleich servieren oder in den Kühlschrank stellen. Innerhalb vier Stunden sollte der Lassi serviert werden.
