Diese Blaubeer-Chia-Marmelade ist zuckerfrei, mit guten und gesunden Zutaten hergestellt und ein absoluter Genuss. Es ist keine Marmelade, die man in Gläser einkocht und dadurch lange konserviert wird, sondern eine die nur eine Woche halt.

Für uns ist sie prima, denn sie ist nicht sehr süß, schön fruchtig und vielseitig verwendbar. Verschenken kann man sie dennoch, denn in einer Woche ist sie garantiert ausgelöffelt.

Blaubeer-Chia-Marmelade (vegan)

Für 1 Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
250g Blaubeeren, gefroren
2 El Kokosblütenzucker
1/2-1 EL Vanillepaste|Vanilleextrakt
1 EL Zitronensaft
2 EL Chiasamen

Außerdem:
1 Glas, steril

Zubereitung:

Die gefrorene Blaubeeren, Vanillepaste|Vanilleextrakt und Kokosblütenzucker in den Mixtopf geben. Für 10 Minuten / 100°C/ Stufe 2 köcheln lassen. Die Blaubeeren anschließend für 10 Minuten (ohne Deckel) auskühlen lassen. Zitronensaft und Chiasamen hinzugeben und 20 Sekunden /-/ Stufe 4 vermischen.

Die Marmelade in das Glas abfüllen und mindestens 2-3 Stunden ruhen lassen, damit die Chiasamen quellen können.

Im Kühlschrank gelagert ist die Marmelade eine Woche haltbar.
