Überkommt euch auch ab und an der Pizzahunger? Da mein Ofen momentan kalt bleiben soll, bereitet die Pfanne meine Pizzen zu. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Alternative, in 10 Minuten zubereitet und schmeckt super.


Auf meine Pizzen kommt das, was der Kühlschrank an Resten hergibt. Erbsenprotein, Peperoni, Oliven…und natürlich Tomatensauce und Käseersatz. Auch veganer Thunfisch und Mais habe ich schon draufgegeben, die könnte hunderte Zutaten aufzählen, denn eigentlich habe ich so gut wie alles schon auf meine Pizza gelegt.

Ein kleiner Hinweis noch. Verwendet eine Pfanne, die euch und Teig mag. 😀 Denn da wir die Pizza in der Pfanne garen, benötigen wir eine, wo die Pizza später auch leicht rausgeht. Sonst wird es ein Kampf und Krampf, welcher schade ist. Und die Pfannenpizza zerstören könnte.
Ich nenne euch die Zutaten für eine Pfannenpizza. Ich mache davon die sechsfache Menge, da wir zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenie, ein fast Teenie und ein Kleinkind sind, welche gerne Pizza essen. Ihr könnte die Zutatenmenge ganz einfach anpassen.

Für 1 Pizza aus der Pfanne.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 40 g Mehl, glutenfreie Mischung oder Dinkel
- 110 g veganer Frischkäse
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 80 g Tomaten, passierte
- 1 TL Oregano, getrocknet
- etwas Meersalz und Pfeffer
- 1 TL Majoran, getrocknet
- 35 g veganer Käse, gerieben
- Belag für die Pizza
Außerdem:
- Pfanne mit Deckel
Zubereitung:

Mehr InformationenMehl, v. Frischkäse und Backpulver miteinander verkneten. Zu einer Kugel rollen, die Arbeitsfläche eventuell bemehlen oder leicht einölen und die Teigkugel ausrollen. Darauf achten, dass der ausgerollte Teig in die Pfanne passt. Ihn in die noch kalte Pfanne legen.
Die passierten Tomaten mit Meersalz, Pfeffer, Oregano und Majoran würzen. Verrühren und auf den Pizzateig streichen.
Der Belag folgt. Ganz nach Gusta auf dem Pizzateig verteilen.
Die Pfanne auf die Herdplatte stellen, den Deckel aufsetzen und den Herd anschalten. Nicht zu heiß, es wird eine sanfte Hitze benötigt. Meinen Herd stelle ich auch Stufe 1-2 ein. Jeder Herd ist unterschiedlich, aber ihr merkt schnell, ob eurer zu heiß eingestellt ist. Der Käse sollte schmelzen und der Teig matt werden. Nach 6-8 Minuten könnt ihr eure Pizza schon aus der Pfanne nehmen.
Weitere Pizzen brauchen, aufgrund der vorgewärmten Pfanne sogar nur um die 5 Minuten!
Servieren, vielleicht mit frischem Rucola und es sich schmecken lassen!
Pizza und Pasta gehört zusammen! Ich kann euch diesen grünen Nudelsalat empfehlen. Es ist ebenso ein Blitzrezept, mehrmals von mir verspeist und ausgiebig getestet. 🙂
