Vor einigen Jahren habe ich euch mein Mango Lassi Rezept vorgestellt. Ich liebe Mango! Egal ob pur, getrocknet, als Püree oder zum Trinken. Da die Sommerhitze aktuell richtig schön eingezogen ist, übrigens auch in meiner Küche mit 28°C, reicht ein kühles Getränk alleine nicht mehr aus. Es muss Eis her!

Heute dreht sich alles um Mango Lassi am Stiel, also Mango Lassi Eis. Meine ganze Familie ist begeistert davon. Es schmeckt sehr erfrischend und fruchtig.

Ihr benötigt nicht viel, ein paar Zutaten, eine Form und ein paar Stiele. Kinderleicht machbar und da das Eis ohne Industriezucker zubereitet wird auch gerade für Kinder ein Schlemmerspaß.

Mango Lassi Eis I erfrischend-fruchtig

Für 12-15 kleine oder 8-10 große Mango Lassi Eis.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • Frische Mango oder 1 Glas Mangopüree
  • 500 g pflanzlicher Joghurt
  • 1-2 EL Agavendicksaft

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die Mango schälen. Das Fruchtfleisch vom Kern schneiden und pürieren. Solltet ihr fertiges Mangopüree verwenden, entfällt dieser Schritt natürlich.

Den pflanzlichen Joghurt (bei mir sind es 250 g Kokosjoghurt und 250 g Haferjofhurt) mit dem Agavendicksaft verrühren. 1-2 EL Joghurt zu dem Mangopüree geben und unterheben.

Die Eisformen vorbereiten und mit den Stielen befüllen.

Mangopüree und Joghurt abwechselnd in die Eisformen geben.

Für mindestens 6-8 Stunden einfrieren. Am besten über Nacht.

Eis aus der Form lösen und genießen!
