Milchreis kann unglaublich vielseitig sein. Glaubt ihr nicht? -Dann beweise ich es euch.

Dank der Ribisel, manchen vielleicht besser bekannt als rote Johannisbeere, wird der Milchreis sehr fruchtig. Süß-sauer und aromatisch.

Die Zubereitung ist, wie man sie von Milchreis kennt nicht aufwendig und sehr einfach. Der Milchreis bekommt eine rosa Farbe, die wie ich finde, das Ganze noch ein bisschen ansprechender erscheinen lässt.

Für 4 Portionen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Die Ribisel waschen und vom Stängel abzupfen.

In einen Topf die Margarine schmelzen. Den Milchreis hinzugeben und für 1 Minute andünsten lassen.

Nun die restlichen Zutaten hinzugeben.

Alles aufkochen lassen. Anschließend 25-35 Minuten sanft köcheln lassen, je nach Milchreisart.

Abschmecken, vielleicht möchtet ihr noch etwas nachsüßen. Dann in Gläser verteilen.

Gleich servieren oder erkalten lassen.
