Da ich mich nicht entscheiden kann ob Rosinenbrötchen oder Milchbrötchen mir lieber sind, gibt es einfach beides.

Da beide aus dem selben Teig zubereitet werden, ist es keine Mehrarbeit und geht richtig flink.

Das Teigrezept habe ich vor 3 Jahren nach und nach entwickelt. Bislang habe ich es sicher über 25 Mal gebacken und es wurde immer grandios. Wird nun an der Zeit, es für alle festzuhalten.

Für 10-12 Rosinenbrötchen und/oder Milchbrötchen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Mandelmilch und Margarine in einen kleinen Topf geben und nur ganz sanft erwärmen, nicht über 40°C. Banane mit einer Gabel zerquetschen. Anschließend mit den anderen Zutaten, bis auf die Rosinen, vermengen. Und ein paar Minuten verkneten.

Den Teig für mindestens 1 Stunde ruhen lassen.

Die Form leicht einölen.

Die Hälfte des Teiges zu 5-6 Bällchen formen und in die Form legen. Den Restteig mit den Rosinen vermengen und ebenfalls zu Kugeln formen.

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Wenn man mag, die Brötchen noch mit etwas Mandelmilch bestreichen. Dann für 22-25 Minuten backen.

Lauwarm verspeisen oder auskühlen lassen!
