Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 2 Zucchini (circa 750-800 g)
  • 60 g Bärlauch
  • Prise (Meer-)Salz
  • Etwas Pfeffer
  • 150-180 g Mehl (Dinkel oder glutenfreies)
  • 2-4 EL Sonnenblumenöl

Die Zucchini waschen, Anfang und Ende abschneiden und dann reiben. In eine Schüssel geben.

Den Bärlauch säubern, waschen und dann zerkleinern mit einem Mixer.

Bärlauch zu der geriebenen Zucchini geben. Salz und Pfeffer hinzugeben, alles miteinander vermengen und ein paar Minuten stehen lassen.

Löffel für Löffel das Mehl unterrühren, bis alles schön aneinander klebt und ein dicker Teig entstanden ist.

Eine Pfanne aufsetzen, Sonnenblumenöl erwärmen und dann den Teig in der Pfanne in talergröße ausbacken. Je Seite 1-2 Minuten.
