Mit vollem Tagesablauf bin ich sehr dankbar über schnelle Snacks. Egal ob salzig oder süß. Wir hatten in den letzten Monaten wohl richtig laut ,,Hier!“ geschrien und nach Covid, Magen-Darm-Virus uns noch die Windpocken angelacht. Ich weiß gar nicht mehr, wann ich das letzte Mal länger als 3 Stunden am Stück geschlafen habe. Da braucht man Nervennahrung und eine Aufmunterung. In Form von Apfelringen!
Auch passen die Apfelringe ideal in den Herbst, denn die Äpfel sind momentan mehr als schmackhaft. Für dieses Rezept verwende ich eine Sorte, die leicht säuerlich ist und sich hervorragend zum Backen eignet. Ich verwende keinen zusätzlichen Zucker, allerdings könnte man es selbstverständlich.
Für 6-8 Apfelringe.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 1 großer Apfel
- 1-2 Pck. Blätterteig
- Etwas Zimt, gemahlen
- 2 EL Mandelmilch
