Dieser scharfe Gurkensalat schmeckt so gut! Erfrischend und scharf. Die Schärfe bestimmt man selbst, nach eigenen Belieben.

Scharfer Gurkensalat I super einfach gemacht

Für eine Schüssel ,,Scharfer Gurkensalat“

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 2 Gurken
  • 2 Knoblauchzehen
  • 3 Jungzwiebeln
  • 1 TL Agavendicksaft
  • Salz und Pfeffer
  • 1 EL Sesamöl
  • 1 EL neutrales Öl
  • 2-4 EL Chilisauce
  • 1 EL Sojasauce
  • Ein paar Erdnüsse

Zubereitung:

Gurken schälen oder gut waschen. Halbieren, das Innere mit einem Löffel entfernen und in Scheiben schneiden. In eine Schüssel geben.

Jungzwiebeln und Knoblauch vorbereiten und in Stücke schneiden. Mit den restlichen Zutaten in einen Topf geben. Für 2 Minuten erhitzen (muss nicht kochen!). Dann auf die Gurkenscheiben gießen.

Gut umrühren! Gleich servieren oder noch eine Weile durchziehen lassen.
