Manchmal muss es einfach schnell gehen. Aber gut schmecken sollte es dennoch. Diese Schokohörnchen waren schon oft meine Rettung. Egal ob spontaner Besuch, Mitgabe in die Schule der Kinder, vergessene Picknickverabredung… Sie schmecken jedem und sehen noch ansprechend aus!
Ich benötigt nur zwei Hauptzutaten, diese könnt ihr in jedem Supermarkt bekommen. Ich stelle meine Schokocreme immer selber her, da mir die gekaufte zu viel Zucker enthält. Aber das muss man nicht.
Für 6 Schokohörnchen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 1 Packung Blätterteig
- 60 g Schokocreme
- optional 15 ml Mandelmilch
Außerdem:
- Pizzarad
- Staubzucker oder Stauberythrit
Zubereitung:
Den Blätterteig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und 3 Minuten an die Temperatur gewönnen lassen, dann ausrollen.
Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.
Den Blätterteig in 6, ungefähr gleichgroße, Stücke schneiden. Bei jedem Stück die Mitte vorsichtig markieren und auf einer Seite Streifen einschneiden. Die noch ungeschnittene Seite mit 1-2 EL Schokocreme bestreichen. Die Seite vorsichtig umklappen und hin zu der zerschnittenen Seite aufrollen.
Ein Hörnchen formen und die Enden vorsichtig zudrücken. Das mit allen Teigstücken so machen.
Für eine schöne Backfarbe kann man die Schokohörnchen noch vor dem Backen mit etwas Mandelmilch bestreichen.
Für 18-22 Minuten backen.
Lauwarm genießen oder kalt!
