Eine richtige Kindheitserinnerung sind die Erfrischungsstäbchen. Ich habe sie so sehr geliebt! Zu kaufen gibt es sie anscheinend nicht mehr. Aber ich habe eine Lösung gefunden.

Selbermachen. Das geht auch bei Erfrischungsstäbchen. Und zwar in XXL Format. Damit man länger etwas von hat.

Meine Erfrischungsstäbchen sind mit dem Geschmack ‚Zitrone‘. Dieser ist nach wie vor mein Favorit. Da meine Schokolade auch selbstgemacht ist, spare ich an Zucker. Das ist allerdings kein Muss.

Noch eine interessante Info so ganz am Rande, diese Süßigkeit gibt es seit 1930! Wahnsinn, oder? Es ist also nicht nur meine Kindheit, sondern könnte auch die meiner Eltern und meiner Großeltern sein. Allerdings kannten sie auch erst ab 1996 die Erfrischungsstäbchen.

Für 10 Erfrischungsstäbchen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die Schokolade hacken und sanft im Wasserbad schmelzen. Mit dem Pinsel eine Schicht in die Form streichen. Die Form kurz kühlstellen. Nochmals wiederholen.

Für die Füllung den frischen Zitronensaft mit dem Wasser und der Süße verrühren.

Nun die Füllung in die Form geben. Pro Stäbchen ungefähr 6 TL davon. Für 1-2 Stunden einfrieren.

Anschließend nur noch die restliche Schokolade wie einen Deckel in der Form verteilen.

Nach 1-2 Minuten können die Erfrischungsstäbchen aus der Form gelöst werden.

Entweder eiskalt genießen oder warten, bis das Innere wieder flüssig ist.
