Reispapier verwende ich viel zu selten, dabei kann man damit so viel zubereiten. Wie diese Reispapier Dumplings.
Die Reispapier Dumplings erinnern mich an Frühlingsrollen. Allerdings sind diese glutenfrei und meiner Meinung viel leichter für den Magen verträglich.
Ihr benötigt nur ein paar Zutaten und dann kann auch schon der Spaß losgehen!
Für circa 14 Reispapier Dumplings.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 14 Blätter Reispapier
- 250 g Weißkraut
- 2 Karotten
- 3 Jungzwiebeln
- 200 g Champignons
- 1-2 EL Sesamöl
- 20 ml Sojasauce
- 1 EL Sesam
- Etwas Ingwer, getrocknet und gemahlen
- Ein wenig Zitronengras, getrocknet
- Salz nach Geschmack
- 2 Prisen Pfeffer
Außerdem:
- Küchentuch
- Pfanne
- Sesam
Zubereitung:
Das Gemüse vorbereiten, waschen oder putzen und kleinschneiden.
Anschließend das Sesamöl in eine Pfanne geben, erwärmen und das Gemüse anbraten. Mit der Sojasauce ablöschen und die Gewürze hinzugeben. Auch den Sesam unterrühren.
TIPP: Es gibt glutenfreie Sojasauce. Und sogar salzarme Sorten.
Auf einen Teller geben und etwas abkühlen lassen.
Auf die Arbeitsplatte ein angefeuchtetes Küchentuch legen. Ein Reispapierblatt für 5-10 Sekunden unter Wasser halten, dann auf das Küchentuch legen. Die Füllung, bis zu 3 Teelöffel davon, im unteren Bereich des Reispapieres geben. Die Seiten zur Mitte einschlagen, dann nach oben aufwickeln. Wenn man möchte in etwas Sesam wälzen.
Sind alle Röllchen fertig, werden sie zu Reispapier Dumplings. Für 3-4 EL neutrales Öl in einer Pfanne erwärmen und die Röllchen beidseitig knusprig ausbacken.
Wer an Öl sparen möchte, kann sie auch in einer Heißluftfritteuse versuchen, allerdings mit Backpapier, damit sie nicht festkleben.
Servieren, mit einer Sauce nach Wahl.
