Cremige Saucen gehen immer! Vor allem zu Pasta. Diese Süßkartoffelsauce ist nach der Tomatensauce mein Favorit. Endlos lecker!

Ich finde, je cremiger die Sauce, desto mehr wird das Essen zu einem Wohlfühlgericht. Für Herz und Seele. Momentan, also im Spätherbst/Winter, genau das richtige. Was man auch gerne eingekuschelt auf der Couch genießen darf, es sich schön gemütlich zu machen ist so wichtig!

Für einen Topf Süßkartoffelsauce.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Süßkartoffel, Karotten, Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und in Stücke schneiden. Mit Öl, Salz, Pfeffer und Paprikapulver verrühren. In eine Ofenform oder auf ein Backblech geben.

Ich gebe alles in die Heißluftfritteuse, bei 170°C für 16-18 Minuten. Eventuell nochmal um 2 Minuten die Zeit verlängern.

Wer es im Backofen zubereiten möchte, heißt diesen auf 180°C vor. Und gibt dann das Blech mit dem Gemüse für 20-22 Minuten in den Ofen.

In der Zwischenzeit die Pasta nach Packungsanleitung kochen. Ich mache gerne Spaghetti zu der Süßkartoffelsauce, aber auch Penne und Fusilli sind großartig dazu!

Anschließend das noch heiße Gemüse mit den restlichen Zutaten in den Mixer. Erstmal weniger Wasser verwenden und dann die Konsistenz nach eigenen Belieben anpassen. (Mit einem Pürierstab geht es natürlich auch)
