Tassenkuchen mit Mohn und Walnussöl

Der Tassenkuchen mit Mohn und Walnussöl ist wirklich richtig lecker. Und das sage ich als Nicht-Mohnfan. Das Rezept und die Zutaten wurden mir in einer Box zugesendet. Ich wurde vor einiger Zeit gefragt, ob man mich überraschen kann und das kam bei raus. 🙂

Bevor ich euch zeige was in der Box war, zeige ich euch den gebackten Tassenkuchen. Übrigens ist dieser sogar vegan und wenn man eine Mikrowelle hat schnell gemacht. Ich besitze keine, dazu aber gleich etwas mehr…

Tassenkuchen mit Mohn und Walnussöl (vegan)

Für 1 Tasse.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
3 EL Mohn, gemahlen oder als Paste
2 EL Mehl
ein halber Apfel, gewürfelt und entkernt
2 EL Ahornsirup
1 EL Walnussöl
2 El Sodawasser z. Bsp. Gasteiner sparkling
1/2 TL Zimt

Außerdem:
Ofenfeste Tasse

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten in eine Tasse geben und verrühren.
Bei 600 Watt für 2 Minuten in die Mikrowelle geben ODER bei 180°C Ober/- und Unterhitze (vorgeheizt) für 25 Minuten in den Ofen backen.

Da ich keine Mikrowelle besitze, diese ist vor 4 Jahren ausgezogen, da sie mehr Deko als Küchenhelfer war, „musste“ ich den Tassenkuchen im Ofen zubereiten. Das lohnt sich allerdings wirklich nur, wenn man mehr als 3 Tassenkuchen backt. Ich habe gleich welche für die ganze Familie gebacken. Der Tassenkuchen hat uns allen gut geschmeckt und uns den Filmeabend versüßt.

Vor einiger Zeit wurde ich von der lieben Julia von Himmelhoch angeschrieben, ob man mir eine Überraschungsbox zusenden könnte. Ich wusste nur, dass es mit dem Thema ,,Backen“ zutun haben wird. Kurz überlegt und da ich die Idee sehr süß fand, habe ich einfach mal ja gesagt. Die Box war randvoll gefüllt…

Bio Walnuss-Öl
Ahornsirup
Bio Mehl

ein Apfel
Mohnpaste/Mohnfüllung
Gasteiner sparkling
und eine ganz süße Tasse ohne Henkel

Passend zu den Zutaten lag ein Rezept bei, was für eines wisst ihr schon. Ich möchte mich hiermit ganz herzlich für die Überraschung bedanken ❤ Sie ist euch gelungen! Ich werde bei weiteren Backwerken noch viel Freude mit den Zutaten haben, die mir übrigens auch sehr gefallen haben. Das Walnussöl ist ein Traum, auch auf Blattsalat 🙂 DANKE!
