Uns hat die Nicecream im Sturm erobert. Schnell gemacht, gesunder als eine normale Eiscreme und ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis. Man muss aber Bananen mögen.

Da wir Bananen sehr gern haben, vor allem meine Kinder, finden wie die Nicecream sehr gelungen. Mein Sohn meinte, dass sie unbedingt verfilmt und für euch schriftlich festgehalten werden muss.

Nicecream mit Erdnussbutter (vegan)

Für 2-3 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
3 gefrorene Bananen in Scheiben (circa 350 g)
2-3 EL Erdnussbutter
50 g Pflanzendrink/Pflanzenmilch z.Bsp. Mandelmilch

Zubereitung:

Gefrorene Bananenscheiben und Erdnussbutter in den Mixtopf geben. Für 10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern.
Den Pflanzendrink hinzugeben und nochmals für 10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 alles vermengen lassen.
Sofort servieren und genießen! 🙂

Tipp: Die Bananenscheiben sollten 24 h eingefroren sein, dann sind sie richtig schön kalt und gefroren. Je brauner die Bananenschale, desto süßer wird die Nicecream.
