Kaffee ist ein Genussmittel. Für viele ein tägliches. Ich bin in einer Familie geboren, wo gut und gerne Kaffee getrunken wird. Morgens, mittags, abends…ganz egal zu welches Jahres- und Uhrzeit. Was in meiner Familie zur „Trinkroutine“ gehört, ist bei mir nie so richtig angekommen.
Kaffee schmeckt mir nicht schlecht, allerdings bin ich viel mehr die Teetrinkerin. Davon könnte und kann ich mehrere Liter „runterkippen“, ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken. 😀

Aber manchmal bereite ich mit Kaffee gerne ein paar Leckereien zu. 🙂
Für die Familie, Freunde und mich. ♥

Schokoladen-Espresso Flammerie (vegan)
 
Eine Flammerie ist ein Pudding, klingt halt edler.
Aber wenn er mit so tollen Zutaten wie feinste Zartbitterschokolade und
Espressosirup zubereitet wurde hat er sich den Namen redlich verdient.
Für 2-4 Personen. (je nach Glasgröße)
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥500g Pflanzenmilch (z.B. Mandelmilch)
♥100g Zartbitterschokolade
♥40g Stärke
 
Zubereitung:
Die Schokolade in Stücken in den Mixtopf geben.
10 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 8 zerkleinern.
Die anderen übrigen Zutaten hinzugeben.
Für 6:30 Minuten bei /100°C/ auf Stufe 2 köcheln lassen
Kurz einmal umrühren und rasch in Gläser füllen.
30 Minuten auskühlen lassen und servieren oder in den Kühlschrank stellen.
Man könnte die Flammerie auch zwei Tage im Voraus zubereiten, aber in den ersten 24 Stunden schmeckt sie einfach am besten. 🙂 Wer möchte kann noch kurz vor dem Servieren mit Zartbitterstreusel dekorieren.
Wenn Kinder mitessen sollten, dann kann man auch den Espressosirup
komplett weglassen oder durch einen anderen Sirup (z.B. Haselnuss)
austauschen/ersetzen. 🙂

Für eine Flasche.
Benötigte Zutaten:
♥400-420g starken Kaffee oder Espresso
♥220-230g Zucker
♥etwas Vanille (Mark, Extrakt oder aus der Mühle)
