Schokomandeln, mit weihnachtlichem Hauch, sind eine fantastische Geschenkidee oder auch zum Selbergenießen geeignet. Sie sind gut lager- und haltbar, schmecken köstlich und sind viel zu schnell aufgegessen.

Ich finde, die Schokomandeln sind auch eine tolle Abwechslung zu gebrannten Mandeln.

Schokomandeln (vegan)

Für eine große Portion.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
50 g Zartbitter Kuvertüre/Schokolade
1 TL Lebkuchengewürz
200 g Mandeln
5 EL Staubzucker/Puderzucker

Außerdem:
Schüssel mit Deckel

Zubereitung:

Kuvertüre/Schokolade in den Mixtopf geben und für 8 Sekunden /-/ auf Stufe 10 zerkleinern. Lebkuchengewürz hinzugeben und mit der Kuvertüre/Schokolade schmelzen lassen für 4 Minuten /50°C/ auf Stufe 1. Die Mandeln hinzugeben und für 50 Sekunden /-/ Stufe 1 Linkslauf(!) mit der Kuvertüre/Schokolade vermischen lassen.

Den Staubzucker/Puderzucker in die Schüssel geben. Die Mandeln hinzugeben, den Deckel aufsetzen und die Schüssel kräftig schütteln, bis alle Mandeln umhüllt sind.

Die Mandeln servieren oder verpacken.
Sie halten sich einen Monat frisch und lecker.

Auch mit weißer oder Vollmilchschokolade lassen sie die Mandeln zubereiten. 🙂
