Fondue ist ein Klassiker. Viele kennen es als Käsefondue, mache mögen es lieber süß mit Schokolade. Es gibt unendliche Variationen, so wie es auch unendlich viele Geschmäcker gibt.

Das Weiße-Bohnen Fondue schmeckt richtig schön herzhaft, ist schnell zubereitet und passt nicht nur an Silvester auf den Tisch. Von Brot bis hin zu Gemüsesticks kann allerhand ins Fondue getaucht werden. Es haftet toll daran und verleiht einen großartigen Geschmack.

Aromatisieren könnt ihr das Weiße-Bohnen Fondue wahlweise mit Bier, Weißwein oder Gemüsebrühe. Je nach dem wer mitisst und was eure Minibar bietet.

Für eine Schüssel Fondue.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 400g weiße Bohnen, Dose
  • 40g Mandeln, gemahlen
  • 2 EL Wasser
  • 220ml Flüssigkeit (Bier, Weißwein, Gemüsebrühe…)
  • 15g Hefeflocken
  • 15g Tapiokastärke
  • Etwas Zitronensaft
  • 1/2 TL Senf
  • Prisen Meersalz

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die gemahlenen Mandeln mit dem Wasser zu einem Brei verrühren und einige Minuten quellen lassen. Alles Zutaten in den Mixer geben, die weißen Bohnen mitsamt ihrer Flüssigkeit! Für 30 Sekunden gut durchmixen.

Nun darf man gerne noch mit Gewürzen verfeinert werden. Knoblauch, Kümmel, getrocknete Kräuter.. gerne nach Belieben unterrühren.

Die Fonduemasse in einen Topf geben und unter rühren aufkochen lassen. Sobald es ordentlich kocht, die Hitze niedriger einstellen und das Ganze für 5-10 Minuten sanft köcheln lassen. Wie die Konsistenz sein sollte könnt ihr auch im Video nachschauen. Das Fondue sollte leicht dickflüssig sein.

In eine Schüssel abfüllen. Kurz ein wenig abkühlen lassen, dass man sich nicht mehr die Zunge verbrennen kann, dann servieren!

Tipp: Ich verwende am liebsten 1 Teil alkoholfreies Bier und 1 Teil Wasser. So schmeckt es mir nicht ganz so kräftig, aber noch kräftig genug.
