Die Zitronen-Pasta schmeckt noch leicht nach Sommer, ist aber deshalb keine Speise, die nicht in der kälteren Jahreszeit gegessen werden kann. Ganz im Gegenteil. Sie bringt den Vibe des Sommers zurück und Vitamine für den Herbst mit.

Die Zutaten sind sehr übersichtlich gehalten, wie auch die Zubereitung.

Die Pasta nach Packungsanleitung vorbereiten.

Zitrone waschen, die Schale abreiben und die Zitrone auspressen.

Knoblauchzehen pressen.

Öl erhitzen und den Knoblauch andünsten. Mit Zitronensaft ablöschen und die Zitronenschale ebenfalls hinzufügen. Auch die Mandelsahne.

Die Gewürze hinterher. Alles unter rühren aufkochen lassen. Vorgekochte Pasta und den Parmesan Ersatz unterrühren.

Gleich servieren. Eventuell mit etwas Petersilie dekorieren.

Eingelegte Salzzitronen passen ebenfalls hervorragend in dieses Rezept und sollte man immer Zuhause haben! Zum Glück geht das Einlegen so einfach. 🙂
