Selbstgemachte 5 Minuten Terrine -gesund und lecker

Jeder hat mal im Leben Phasen, wo die gesunde Ernährung etwas vernachlässigt wird, da man den Kopf mit 1000 Dingen gefüllt hat. Dabei ist es manchmal gar nicht so schwer etwas gesundes vorzubereiten…

Mit dieser 5 Minuten Terrine, habt ihr einen tolles Begleiter zur Arbeit oder zur Uni. Ist könnt sie ganz schnell gestalten und randvoll mit euren liebsten Gemüsesorten füllen. Ich zeige euch heute, wie ich meine Terrine gerne zusammenstelle.

Selbstgemachte 5 Minuten Terrine (vegan)

Für 1 Glas.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
Karotte
Zucchini
Jungzwiebeln
Erbsen, tiefgekühlt
Chinakohl
Glasnudeln
1/2-1 EL Gemüsebrühpulver
1 TL Petersilie, tiefgekühlt

Außerdem:
1 Glas mit Deckel
Heißes Wasser

Zubereitung:

Video laden

Das Gemüse waschen und vorbereiten. Karotten und Zucchini in dünne Streifen schneiden. Die Jungzwiebel in feine Ringe schneiden. Den Chinakohl etwas zerkleinern.

Gemüsebrühpulver und Petersilie in das Glas geben. Mit dem Gemüse und den Glasnudeln auffüllen, bis das Glas voll ist. Das Glas verschließen.

Entweder das Glas am Abend vorbereiten oder frisch zubereitet in die Tasche packen.
Später muss es nur noch mit kochenden Wasser (aus dem Wasserkocher) aufgefüllt werden und für 5 Minuten ziehen.
Ein idealer und gesunder Pausensnack.
