Früher habe ich wirklich sehr gerne Bounty gegessen. Als Riegel. Frisch aus dem Kühlschrank genommen und schön kalt verzehrt. Das mache ich jetzt noch immer, allerdings mit Bounty Balls. Diese sind selbstgemacht, enthalten daher keinen Kristallzucker, sind vegan. glutenfrei und sowas von lecker!

Meiner Meinung nach passen Kokos und Schokolade unbedingt zusammen. Mit den Bounty Balls hat mal beide Zutaten hervorragend kombiniert. Es werden nicht mehr als 4 Zutaten benötigt.

Vielleicht könnt ihr euch noch an meine Raffaello Bliss Balls erinnern? Die und die Bounty Balls sind eine tolle Geschenkidee. Sie lassen sich wie Pralinen verpacken. Selbstgemachte Leckereinen zu Verschenken bereitet nicht nur Freude, man tut der beschenkten Person auch noch etwas gutes. Es sind gesunde und energiebringende Snacks.

Bounty Balls I Kokos-Schoko-Kugeln I 4 Zutaten

Für 20 Bounty Balls.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Kokosraspel, Kokosmilch und Agavendicksaft miteinander verrühren. 5 Minuten stehen lassen.

Aus der Kokosmasse 20 Kugeln formen. Je nach Größe entstehen weniger oder mehr Kugeln.

Die Kugeln in den Kühlschrank für 1-2 Stunden geben oder für 30 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank.

Die Schokolade vorbereiten und im Wasserbad schmelzen.

Die Kugeln nach Wahl halb oder komplett mit der Schokolade überziehen. Dekorieren und die Schokolade hart werden lassen.

Tipps: Ich stelle meine Kokosmilch gerne vor der Zubereitung für einige Stunden in den Kühlschrank. Für die Bounty Balls nehme ich mehr vom festen, als vom flüssigen Teil der Kokosmilch. Auch mische ich die Schokolade aus einem kleinen Teil Mandelmilchschokolade und einem größeren Teil Zartbitterschokolade zusammen.
