Wie schön sieht dieser panierter Spargel einfach aus! Und er ist so ein großartiges Fingerfood, ihr benötigt kein Besteck. Spargel ist so gar nicht mein Lieblingsgemüse. Es steht sogar eher recht weit unter auf meiner Liste. Aber dennoch gebe ich ihn alle paar Jahre die Chance mich zu überzeugen. Und ich glaube, ich habe eine tolle Zubereitungsweise für mich ausfindig machen können.

Panierter Spargel. So einfach und so genial! Kann ich euch wirklich empfehlen mal auszutesten. Egal ob ihr Spargel mögt, liebt oder ungerne esst, es ist ein Versuch wert.

Für 2-4 Personen. Als Hauptsnack oder Beilage.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Den Spargel waschen. Das holzige Ende entfernen. Jede Spargelstange dritteln.

Mehl mit Meersalz und Pfeffer vermengen. Löffelweise Wasser hinzugeben, bis eine cremige aber nicht zu dicke Konsistenz entsteht.

Die Spargelstücke abtupfen, falls er noch nass vom Waschen sein sollte. Anschließend in die Mehlmasse tauchen, dann in den Semmelbröseln wenden. Wenn gewünscht den Paniervorgang nochmal wiederholen.

Mit den restlichen Spargelstücken gleiches wiederholen.

Nun gibt es zwei Varianten. Den panierten Spargel mit etwas Öl besprühen und in eine Heißluftfritteuse geben. Bei 180°C für 8-12 Minuten, je nach Model. Oder mit etwas Öl in einem Topf/Pfanne ausbacken.

Für die zweite Zubereitungsart solltet ihr, auch wenn ihr Öl sparen möchtet, dennoch unbedingt Pfannen- oder Topfboden mit Öl abdeckt haben. So kann der panierte Spargel von allen Seiten goldbraun ausbacken. Wenden und drehen ab und an nicht vergessen. 2 Minuten pro Seite benötigen die Spargelstücke. Dickere eventuell sogar eine Minute mehr. Wenn gewünscht, auf einen Küchentuch das überschüssige Fett abtropfen lassen.

Sauce Hollandaise ist immer mein Favorit. Auch zu Kartoffeln, ohne weitere Beilage. Vor über 4 Jahren habe ich euch mein Rezept dazu geteilt. Noch heute wird es regelmäßig von uns gekocht. 🙂
