Diese cremige Gemüsesauce ist im Nu zubereitet. Ich verwende dafür einfach immer Gemüsereste, denn aus diesen kann man noch etwas ganz tolles zaubern.

Ich verwende diesmal Paprika, Tomaten, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch. Auch Zucchini macht sich gut in der cremigen Gemüsesauce. Oder nach Belieben mit anderem Gemüse erweitern.

Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 2-3 Paprika
- 3 große Tomaten
- 1 Zwiebel
- 3 Knoblauchzehen
- 1 TL Paprikapulver, geräuchert
- Etwas Pfeffer
- 1 TL Oregano
- Etwas Salz
- 2 EL Öl
- 70-100 ml Hafersahne
- 2 EL Tomatenmark
- 500 g Pasta
Außerdem:
Zubereitung:
Das Gemüse vorbereiten, waschen oder schälen, in grobe Stücke schneiden.
In eine Schüssel geben. Mit den Gewürzen und Öl gut vermischen.
Nun gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten die cremige Gemüsesauce herzustellen.
In den Ofen: Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Das Gemüse auf ein Backblech verteilen. Für 20-25 Minuten backen.
Variante Heißluftfritteuse: Das Gemüse in eine geeignete Form geben. In die Heißluftfritteuse auf 170°C (manche benötigen auch 180°C) für 15-18 Minuten geben.
Zwischenzeitlich die Pasta kochen. Ich verwende gerne Fusilli.
Das Gemüse nach dem Backen zurück in die Schüssel geben. Tomatenmark und Hafersahne dazu. Und pürieren, bis eine cremige Konsistenz erreicht ist.
Die Pasta hinzugeben und alles verrühren. Nochmal abschmecken, eventuell nachwürzen.

Servieren, vielleicht mit Petersilie und etwas Käseersatz dekorieren.
