Grundrezept Hefeteig/Pizzateig

Eine schlechte Pizza ist wie ein blödes Fernsehprogramm, dass man nicht wegschalten kann, weil A. die Fernbedienung spurlos verschwunden ist oder B. sie vorne am Fernseher liegt, aber man nach einen laaaangen Arbeitstag zu faul ist aufzustehen oder auch C. die Batterien leer sind!
Dagegen hilft dann nur zu streiken, den Fernseher böse anzuschauen und zu hoffen, dass wir von Geburt an einen magischen Sinn haben, der wie von Geisterhand uns durch das ganze Fernsehprogramm zappen lässt 😉 Da die Chance zu 0,00001% besteht, empfehle ich euch die Pizza selber zu backen. So ist nicht nur der Abend gerettet, sondern auch euer Gaumen wird es euch danken. 😉

Grundrezept Hefeteig/Pizzateig

Für ca. 10 Portionen!
Wir benötigen:
♥600g Mehl, kann natürlich auch ein glutenfreies Mehl sein
♥Einen Würfel frische Hefe, 42g
♥1/2 TL Zucker
♥2 TL Salz
♥4 EL Olivenöl, alternativ geht auch Sonnenblumenöl
♥300ml Wasser, lauwarm
Außerdem, für den Belag:
♥Alles was ihr gerne auf eurer Pizza haben möchtet!
♥Ich belege meine Pizza gerne als Margareta, also ganz klassisch mit Tomatensauce und einer großen Menge an Käse
Mehl in eine Rührschüssel geben und in die Mitte eine Mulde hineindrücken. Die Hefe hineinbröseln, Zucker dazugeben und mit einen guten Schluck Wasser anrühren. 10 Minuten ruhen lassen! 
Das restliche Wasser, Salz und Olivenöl hinzugeben. Mit der Hand gut durchkneten, bis ein glatter Teig entstanden ist. Den Teig mit einem sauberen, leicht angefeuchteten Geschirrtuch abdecken und etwa 30 Minuten ruhen und gehen lassen.
Den Belag vorbereiten!
Den Backofen auf 200°C Ober-und Unterhitze vorheizen!
Den Teig aus der Rührschüssel nehmen, sein Volumen müsste sich nun verdoppelt haben und ihn auf einer gut bemehlten Arbeitsfläche nochmal kurz durchkneten.
Nun wird der Teig in Blechgröße ausgerollt und auf das Blech gelegt.
Mit einer (Tomaten)Sauce bestreichen und den Belag darauf verteilen. 
Für 20 Minuten backen 
                                         und anschließend schmecken lassen!
