Mango, Kokos und Zitrone…so schmeckt für mich der Sommer. Alle diese tollen Lebensmittel lassen sich in ein schmackhaftes Dessert verwandeln.

Hierbei glänzt nicht nur die Optik, sondern auch der Anblick. Schlicht, aber edel sieht das Dessert aus. Man könnte meinen, es sei aufwendig, aber das ist es nicht.

Die Zubereitung ist in 5-10 Minuten abgeschlossen. Danach muss es nur noch etwas kühl stehen und kann im Anschluss genossen werden.

Bei uns liebt es klein ( 1 Jahr alt) und groß! Sicher ist das Mango-Zitronen Dessert auch für eine Grillfeier, Gartebparty oder als Erfrischung auf dem Spielplatz eine schöne Erfrischung.

Für 4 Mango-Zitronen Desserts.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Die Kokosmilch über Nacht in der Kühlschrank stellen.

Die Mango schälen und das Fruchtfleisch vom Kern trennen. In ein hohes Gefäß geben.

Die Dose Kokosmilch öffnen. Den festen Anteil zur Mango geben. Außerdem einen Schluck Agavendicksaft hinzufügen. Gut durchpürieren.

Zwieback, ich hatte selbstgebackenen übrig, und die Margarine mixen, bis Brösel entstanden sind. Die Zitrone heiß abwaschen, etwas Schale abreiben und zur Zwiebackmischung geben. Außerdem auch 2 EL Agavendicksaft und 2 EL Zitronensaft. Abschmecken und eventuell nachsüßen.

Nun erst die Krümel in den Gläsern verteilen, darauf dann die Mangocreme.

Damit es ein schön lockerleichter Mango-Zitronen Dessert werden kann, muss es noch in den Kühlschrank. Ich lasse es meistens so 2-3 Stunden kühlen, über Nacht geht natürlich auch.
