Früher dachte ich immer, Marillenknödel sind schwer zu machen. Oder gelingen nur, wenn man sie oft gemacht hat. Dem ist nicht so. Marillenknödel sind sogar sehr einfach in der Zubereitung.
Weder eine Küchenmaschine, noch spezielles Werkzeug wird benötigt. Ein Spatel oder Rührlöffel und schon kann es losgehen!
Übrigens, die Marillenknödel können warm oder kalt gegessen werden. Vanillesauce kann man auch noch dazu reichen oder eine Kugel Eiscreme!
Für 5-6 Marillenknödel.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
- 250 g Frischkäseersatz
- 130 g Mehl
- 1 TL Zucker oder Zuckerersatz
- 1 Prise Salz
- 60g Margarine, geschmolzen
- 30 g Zucker oder Zuckerersatz
- Prisen Zimt
- 5-6 Marillen
Für die Brösel:
- 100 g Margarine
- 60-80 g Semmelbrösel
Zubereitung:
Für den Teig Frischkäseersatz, geschmolzene Margarine, 1 TL Zucker/ersatz, Salz und Mehl verrühren. An die Seite stellen.
Den restlichen Zucker mit Zimt vermengen. Die Marillen waschen, halbieren, den Kern entfernen und 1 TL Zimtzucker hineingeben. Nun wieder verschließen.
Etwas vom Teig abnehmen, in der Hand zu einem platten Kreis drücken, die Marille reinsetzen und sie mit Teig ummanteln. Das mit den anderen Marillen ebenfalls machen.
Für die Brösel die Margarine in eine Pfanne geben und schmelzen, dann die Semmelbrösel einstreuen. Solange umrühren, bis sie eine schöne Farbe bekommen haben. Dann vom Herd nehmen und an die Seite stellen.
Einen großen Topf mit Wasser aufsetzen. Das Wasser darf nicht kochen! Sobald es heiß genug ist, dass feine Bläschen aufsteigen, kommen die Marillenknödel hinein. Für 20 Minuten.
Nach der Kochzeit dann in den vorbereiteten Bröseln wenden und fertig sind die köstlichen Knödel.
