Ich bin mir bis vor kurzem nicht gewusst gewesen, wie gerne Frikassee gegessen wird. Ich mag es, allerdings essen wir es viel zu selten. Dabei geht es so schnell in der Zubereitung, jedenfalls mein Ohne-Hühner Frikassee. In nur circa 20 Minuten habt ihr es auf dem Tisch, da brauchen oft die Beilagen länger!

Mein Rezept für Ohne-Hühner Frikassee ist natürlich vegan. Und wenn man möchte auch gluten- und sojafrei, je nach verwendeten Zutaten.

Ich habe sicher 16 Jahre kein „normales“ Frikassee mehr gegessen, allerdings ist der Geschmack aus meiner Erinnerung identisch. Meine Kinder mögen es total und in Zukunft wird es mindestens einmal im Monat eingeplant.

Für einen Topf Ohne-Hühner Frikasse

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Die Flüssigkeit vom Spargel und den Champignons zur Gemüsebrühe geben.

Die Karotten schälen und in Scheiben schneiden.

Den Fleischersatz vorbereiten, eventuell auftauen und etwas kleinschneiden.

Eine Pfanne mit dem Öl aufsetzen. Die Karotten anbraten. Dann den Fleischersatz und die Erbsen hinzugeben. Leicht salzen und pfeffern. Vom Herd nehmen.

Die Margarine in einen Topf geben und schmelzen. Das Mehl einrühren. Alles sollte schön cremig sein. Schluckweise die vorbereitete Flüssigkeit hinzugeben und aufkochen lassen.

Eventuell ein bisschen Flüssigkeit, wie Wasser, noch hinzugeben.

Zitronensaft und Hafersahne einrühren. Salzen und pfeffern. Ich gebe noch zusätzlich etwas Muskatnuss rein.

Spargel, Kapern, Champignons und den Inhalt aus der Pfanne hinzugeben und umrühren. Abschmecken.

Durchziehen lassen, bis die Beilage fertig ist. Ich koche gerne Reis dazu.

Servieren und es sich schmecken lassen.
