Mit Gebäck macht man mich glücklich. Vor allem süße Schnecken haben es mir angetan. Beim Bäcker drücke ich mich vor den Nussschnecken, da in diesen so viel Zucker enthalten ist. Ich versuche so gut es geht zuckerarm zu leben, da ich merke, dass mein Körper dann mehr Energie hat. Und auch mein Hautbild verdankt es mir, wenn ich „Nein“ zum Zucker sage.

Diese schnellen Nussschnecken müsst ihr unbedingt probieren. Sie gehen kinderleicht, sind richtig nussig-saftig und wie der Name schon verrät, rasch zubereitet.

Ich trickse und verwende einen fertigen, glutenfreien Blätterteig. Ihr könnt auch jeden anderen Blätterteig verwenden. Natürlich auch gerne selbstgemachten, aber dann müsst ihr wesentlich mehr Zeit und Aufwand einplanen. Ich bin voll zufrieden mit gekauften Blätterteig und daher ist er für mich gerne in der Küche gesehen und willkommen.

Schnelle Nussschnecken I ohne Industriezucker

Für 8 Nussschnecken.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 100 g Mandel, gemahlen
  • 100 g Haselnüsse, gemahlen
  • 60 g Mandelmilch
  • 1/4 TL Zimt
  • 3-5 EL Agavendicksaft
  • 1 Pck. Blätterteig
  • etwas Mandelmilch zum Bestreichen

Zubereitung:

Den Blätterteig frühzeitig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, damit er weicher wird und nicht reißt.

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Für die Nussfüllung alle oben genannten Zutaten miteinander verrühren, bis auf den Blätterteig natürlich.

Den Blätterteig ausrollen oder auspacken. Die Nussfüllung auf den Teig streichen und den Teig aufrollen. Dann den Teig in 8 Stücke, ungefähr gleichgroß, schneiden.

Die Stücke forme ich gerne etwas rund und drücke sie platt. Das geht mit einem Glasboden oder auch mit einem Nudelholz sehr einfach.

Die Nussschnecken auf ein Backblech verteilen. Mit ein bisschen Mandelmilch bestreichen und für 12-15 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen backen.

Tipp: Auch etwas geschmolzene Margarine kann vor dem Backen auf die Nussschnecken gestrichen werden. das sorgt für einen schönen Glanz.

Die Nussschnecken aus dem Ofen nehmen und gleich servieren oder etwas abkühlen lassen und verzieren. Mit zuckerfreie Schokolade, da empfehle ich euch einfach mal mein Rezept. 🙂 oder eine Mischung aus pulverisierten Erythrit mit etwas Wasser und/oder Zitronensaft.
