Diese Paste wie Miracoli ist der Wahnsinn! Ich habe als Kind total gerne Miracoli gegessen, da es aber in Österreich kein Miracoli zu kaufen gibt und wenn wir ehrlich sind, es ist auch nicht sehr gesund. Zumindest vertrage ich das gekaufte Miracoli nicht mehr. Schade, aber wo ein Problem ist, muss eine Lösung her.

Ich koche mir nun mein Miracoli mit meiner Paste selber. Schmeckt identisch, gibt keine Bauchschmerzen, hält sich lange im Kühlschrank und man hat es sogar auf Vorrat.

Auch prima zum Verschenken geeignet. Mit einem schön dekorierten Glas und eventuell selbstgemachter Pasta ein tolles Geschenk.

Für 1 Glas Paste wir Miracoli.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Außerdem:

  • Mixer, Pürierstab, Thermomix…

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten werden in den Mixer/Thermomix gegeben.

Ordentlich durchmixen. 10-15 Sekunden auf Stufe 8. Eventuell nochmals wiederholen, sollte noch keine Paste entstanden sein.

Die Paste in ein sterilen Glas umfüllen. Im Kühlschrank gelagert ist sie mindestens mehrere Wochen haltbar. Bei uns ist sie allerdings so schnell aufgebraucht, da muss immer fleißig nachproduziert werden.

Verwendung der Paste wie Miracoli:

Das geht ganz einfach und so schnell wie vom Original gewohnt. Verwendet 200g Wasser oder passierte Tomaten pro EL Paste. Mit passierte Tomaten wird das ganze natürlich tomatiger, empfehlenswert bei günstigen Tomatenmark welches kaum Aroma hat.

Ich mische gerne 500g passierte Tomaten mit 100g Wasser. Hinzu kommen 3 EL der Paste.

Verrührt einmal alles kräftig. Dann auf dem Herd zum Aufkochen bringen, anschließend 2-4 Minuten köcheln lassen. Schon fertig ist die Sauce.

Pasta dazu servieren und es sich schmecken lassen! Und natürlich an ein Dessert denken. 🙂 Ich kann euch diese Bounty Balls empfehlen.
