Ich hoffe sehr, demnächst mehr Zeit zu haben, aber momentan ist es wirklich stark begrenzt. Und an besseren Tagen ist dann immer einer von uns gesundheitlich angeschlagen. Deshalb gibt es heute nur Pizzastangerl. Obwohl das ,,nur“ nicht sein müsste, denn die sind richtig lecker.

Der Zeit wegen werden die Pizzastangerl aus fertigen Blätterteig zubereiten. Den sollte man sowieso immer im Haus haben. Denn damit lässt sich schnell etwas leckeres zubereiten.

Die Pizzastangerl haben den Vorteil gegenüber Pizza, dass sie auch kalt schmecken und man sie toll in die Jausenbox einpacken kann. Meine Kinder lieben sie und ich auch.

Gefüllt werden sie mit dem, was man im Kühlschrank findet. Super praktisch! Man spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern auch Reste auf.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 1 Pck. Blätterteig
  • 80 g geriebener Käseersatz
  • etwas Öl
  • 5 EL Tomatenmark
  • Gewürze wie: Salz, Pfeffer, Majoran, Thymian, Oregano
  • Belag wie, v. Salami, Mais, Oliven, Paprika
