Reife Bananen griffbereit? Dann mache daraus den saftigen Schoko-Bananen-Kuchen. Schnell zusammengerührt, so köstlich und überall beliebt.

Bananenbrot ist auch toll, keine Frage, aber mit Schokolade wird alles umso besser, oder? Also ran an die Bananen und schon bald kann ein Stück Schoko-Bananen-Kuchen genossen werden. Oder auch zwei, drei Stück!

Für einen Schoko-Bananen-Kuchen.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

Zubereitung:

Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen. Eine Kastenform vorbereiten, Backpapier einlegen und eventuell die Ränder einfetten.

Die Bananen schälen und mit einer Gabel zerquetschen. Alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander verrühren, dann die feuchten (auch den Bananenbrei) untermengen.

In die Kastenform geben.

Je nach Form und dessen Größe 40-50 Minuten backen. Eventuell um 5 Minuten verlängern.

Aus dem Ofen nehmen und etwas abkühlen lassen. Dann den Schoko-Bananen-Kuchen vorsichtig aus der Form stürzen und wenn gewünscht dekorieren.

Zum Beispiel mit einer köstlichen Schokocreme (ein Rezept findet ihr hier) einstreichen. Dann wird es eine richtige Schokobombe!

Servieren, genießen und sich am tollen Geschmack erfreuen.
