Müsliriegel und Schokoriegel sind eines meiner liebsten, süßen Snacks. Gekauft, selbstgemacht, ganz egal, Hauptsache lecker. Aber selbstgemacht sind sie immerhin preiswerter, man kann die Zutaten nach eigenen Belieben anpassen und weiß, was enthalten ist.

Die Schoko-Hirse Riegel sind besonders einfach in der Zubereitung, denn sie müssen nicht gebacken werden. Sie sind etwas für die ganze Familie und werden egal ob klein oder groß hier mit viel Freude weggeknabbert.

Ich verwende meine selbstgemachte Schokolade, da sie nur mit Agavendicksaft gesüßt ist. Aber jede Schokolade eignet sich.

Für mindestens 16 Riegel.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:

  • 200g Schokolade

Außerdem:

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten, bis auf die Schokolade miteinander vermischen.

In die Riegelform füllen. Kühl stellen, für einige Zeit. 10 Minuten reichen meistens.

Die Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen. Ich gebe noch 1 EL Kokosöl hinzu. Auf die Riegel, diese bleiben noch in der Form, verteilen.

Die Riegel wieder kühlstellen. 2-3 Stunden im Kühlschrank, oder eine halbe Stunde im Gefrierfach. Solange, bis sie fest in der Form sind. Anschließt die Riegel aus der Form löschen und genießen.
