Ich darf euch eine Neuankündigung machen. Eine, welche mich sehr freut und euch hoffentlich mindestens genauso. 🙂

Es gibt nun nicht nur geschriebene Erfahrungen zum Thermomix, sondern ich lasse euch in meine Küche, filme die Back- und Kochwerke mit und zeige euch wie der Thermomix mir dabei hilft.
Ursprünglich war geplant, dass es immer ein Thermomixvideo im Monat kommt, aber ich glaube ich werde mich nicht dran halten können und es wird öfters ein Video geben. 🙂
Die Videos werde ich euch auch in den Blogartikel einblenden und euch nochmals das Rezept (in der Kurzform) niederschreiben.

Bevor es nun zum heutigen Video geht, möchte ich euch etwas anderes leckeres vorstellen.
Diese kleinen Dinger haben mein Herz im Sturm erobert. Warm aus dem Ofen sind sie perfekt, aber auch kalt kann man ihnen nicht widerstehen…

Chouquettes (vegetarisch)

Chouquettes sind kleine Kugeln aus Brandteig, die mit Staubzucker(Puderzucker) bestäubt und Zuckerperlen garniert werden. Sie kommen aus Frankreich und dürfen auf keiner Teeparty fehlen.

Für 1 großes Blech.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥100g Wasser
♥50g Milch
♥80g Butter, in Stücke
♥1 Prise Salz
♥1 EL Zitronen- oder Vanillezucker
♥etwas Schale eine Zitrone
♥120g Mehl
♥3 Eier
♥Staubzucker (Puderzucker)
♥Zuckerperlen & Streudekor
Außerdem:
♥Spritzbeutel
♥Spritztülle (Stern)
♥Backpapier
♥Teigspatel
♥Holzlöffel
Zubereitung:

Wasser, Milch, Butter, Zitronen-/ oder Vanillezucker und Salz in den Mixtopf geben und für 5 Minuten/ 100°C/Stufe 1 aufkochen lassen. Das Mehl hinzugeben und lasse für 20 Sekunden/Stufe 4 miteinander vermischen.

Den Mixtopf aus der Basisstation nehmen und für 10 Minuten zur Seite stellen. Die Teigmasse muss etwas für den nächsten Schritt abkühlen, da sonst es kein gleichmäßiger Teig wird und die Eier gerinnen.

Den Mixtopf wieder in die Basisstation setzen und auf Stufe 3, ohne Zeitangabe, stellen.
Die Zitronenschale durch die Deckelöffnung hinzugeben. Nach und nach die Eier (auch durch die Deckelöffnung) hinzugeben, pro Ei mindesten 40 Sekunden verrühren lassen. Anschließend, damit die Masse schön glänzt und gut verrührt ist für 30 Sekunden auf Stufe 5 verrühren.

Den Backofen auf 200°C vorheizen. Ober-/ und Unterhitze.

Den Teig, mithilfe des Teigspatels, in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sternspritztülle füllen.
Auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech kleine Kugeln spritzen. Sie können ungleich aussehen, egal ob klein, groß, mit viel Teig oder mit wenig Teig, dass tut dem Geschmack keinen Abbruch. 🙂

Mit ganz viel Staubzucker(Puderzucker) und Zuckerperlen und Streudekor bestäuben und verzieren.

In den Backofen, mittlere Schiene, geben und für 18-20 Minuten backen. Anschließend, nach dem Backen, einen Holzlöffel zwischen die Ofentür geben und die Chouquettes etwas ruhen lassen.

Wer möchte, der darf die Chouquettes wie kleine Windbeutel mit einer leckeren Creme oder geschlagener Sahne füllen. Dafür müssen sie aber vorher unbedingt auskühlen.

Oder ihr macht es wie ich und esst sie einfach pur. 🙂
Früher habe ich sie sehr selten gebacken, zu leiden meines Mannes ;), da Brandteig wirklich einiges an arbeit macht. Und wenn man Pech hatte, dann wurde der Teig klumpig. 🙁
Aber der Thermomix macht den Teig wirklich total weich. Ich dachte, der Brandteig wird eine Königsdisziplin für den Thermomix darstellen, aber ich habe wohl falsch gelegen, er macht es ohne einen komischen Mucks oder Gemecker.
Meine Kaffee- und Teetafeln werden nun um Eclairs, Chouquettes und Windbeutel bereichert und das ohne viel Arbeitsaufwand. 🙂
Möhreneintopf (vegan)
Dieser Möhreneintopf stammt aus dem „Das Kochbuch“ welches zum Thermomix TM 5 gehört.
Sowohl beim Kauf eines Thermomix, als auch einzeln kann man es (auch mit Chip) über den Vorwerk-Shop nachkaufen.
Eigentlich ist das Rezept mit Schinkenspeck, aber ich habe es vegan abgewandelt.
Für 4 Portionen.
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥1/2 Bund Petersilie
♥1 halbierte Zwiebel
♥1 EL Margarine
♥400g Möhren/Karotten, geschält und in Stücke geschnitten
♥200g Kartoffeln, geschält und in Stücke geschnitten
♥500g Wasser
♥etwas Gemüsebrühe/Gemüsepaste
♥Prise Muskat
Zubereitung:

In dem Video zeige ich euch außerdem die Guided-Cooking-Funktion, die der neue Thermomix auch sehr interessant für jemanden macht, der selten kocht oder nicht weiß worauf er Appetit hat.
Aber auch Thermomix-Neulinge lernen einiges und werden dabei noch richtig satt. 🙂
Kurzfassung:
Petersilie im Mixtopf 5 Sekunden bei Stufe 8 zerkleinern. In eine Schüssel umfüllen.
Zwiebel in den Mixtopf geben, für 3 Sekunden bei Stufe 5 zerkleinern und mit den Spatel zum Mixtopfbochen schieben. Margarine hinzugeben und 3 Minuten, 120°C und bei Stufe 2 andünsten.
Möhren/Karotten und Kartoffeln zugeben und für 10 Sekunden auf Stufe 4 zerkleinern.
Wasser, Gemüsebrühe/Gemüsepaste und Muskat zugeben und alles für 17 Minuten, 100°C, im Linkslauf und auf Stufe 1 köcheln/garen.
Die Petersilie unterrühren und servieren.
Der Eintopf ist sehr schmackhaft und hat einen schönen Möhren-/Karottengeschmack. Ich habe orange und gelbe Möhren/Karotten verwendet, da ich diese ganz frisch auf dem Markt gekauft habe. Farblich wirkt der Eintopf dadurch noch ansprechender, als er ohnehin schon ist. Die Menge reicht für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder zum Satt essen aus. 🙂 Wer möchte, der darf auch gerne nachsalzen oder mit einen Spritzer Zitrone noch mehr Aromen rauskitzeln. 🙂
