In der Weihnachtsbäckerei…

…gibt es so manche Leckerei! 😀
Der Countdown läuft, in nicht mehr ganz 24 Stunden ist Heiligabend und das große Vollfuttern kann beginnen. Meine Kinder sind kaum noch zu bremsen und erkundigen sich minütlich, ob auch das Christkindl den Weg zu uns findet. Ganz schön anstrengend, ihnen zu versichern, dass das Christkindl noch niemanden vergessen hat. Also habe ich mich ganz still und heimlich in die Küche zurückgezogen und etwas aus einem Weihnachtsbuch zubereitet.

Ein veganes Backbuch, wo garantiert keine Sojaprodukte drin vorkommen. Es ist erst Anfang Dezember erschienen, etwas schade wie ich finde, denn ich hätte am liebsten viel mehr Rezepte ausgetestet. Dennoch steht der Weihnachtsbäckerei auch nach Weihnachten nichts im Wege, denn bei 13° C kommt eh nur schwer das X-mas-Feeling auf.

Die Rezepte sind alle sehr verständlich geschrieben und leicht zubereitbar. 
Zutaten, die man in so gut wie jedem Supermarkt einkaufen kann oder sowieso Daheim hat kommen in den Rezepten vor. Ein Buch für kurzentschlossene Bäcker. 🙂
 
In der Einleitung sind Helfer für die Backstube, Tipps und die Backzutaten erklärt. 
Mir fehlen ein paar persönlich Worte zu der Autorin, aber das ist ja kein Muss.
 

Am Ende des Buches befindet sich ein Register, wo alle Rezepte eingetragen sind. 
Das erleichtert die Suche nach der Seite, auf dem sich das Rezept befindet.
 
Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es noch für die Fotos, sie sind ansprechend, aber man hätte ruhig noch mehr rausholen können. Etwas Deko im Hintergrund, mit Farben experimentieren. Die Fotos sind nicht schlecht, nur für meinen Geschmack etwas lasch. Allerdings ist bei einem Preis von 4,90 €, bei 35 tollen Rezepten wirklich kein meckern nötig, 
 
Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Buch, es ist klein und handlich. 🙂
Liebevolle Rezepte runden das Buch schön ab. Schon fast vergisst man, dass es sich um ein veganes Buch handelt, da man nicht Seite für Seite darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird.
 
Natürlich teile ich ein Rezept aus dem Buch mit euch…
 
Roh – Vegan – Marzipan
 
 
Für circa 200g Marzipan
Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:
♥100g Mandeln
♥90g (Agaven)Zucker
♥1 TL Wasser
 
Zubereitung:
Mandeln in Wasser kurz aufkochen, kalt abschrecken und anschließend die Haut abziehen.
 
Feinst mahlen, bis die Masse ölig wird. Mit Zucker Rosenwasser und Wasser verkneten.
 
Zu einer Rolle formen, in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und kühl aufbewahren.
 
 
 
Das Marzipan gefällt mir mit der Rosenwassernuance richtig gut. Es wurde von mir in Scheiben geschnitten und einfach beim Lesen verspeist. 🙂 Gut, dass keine Kalorien beim Rezept standen. 😀
