Flammkuchen ist schon wohltuend, aber diese Flammkuchenbrezeln sind nicht mehr zu toppen!

Die Flammkuchenbrezeln sind in 20 Minuten zubereitet. Ihr könntet sogar zwei Bleche aufeinander backen und hättet dann 16 Stück! Flammkuchenbrezeln. Also ein perfektes Gericht, wenn Gäste erwartet werden oder man einen Filmeabend plant.

Die Brezeln können warm, aber auch kalt gegessen werden. Meine Tochter isst sie sehr gerne in der Schule, viel lieber als Sandwiches.

Ich verwende glutenfreie Brezeln. Diese werden leider nicht so schön braun, außer man lässt sie verbrennen, aber dann sind sie auch kaum noch durchzubeißen.

Für 6 Flammkuchenbrezeln.

Folgende Zutaten werden benötigt:


Den Ofen auf 180°C Ober- und Unterhitze vorheizen.

Brezeln aus dem Tiefkühlfach nehmen und auf ein Backblech legen zum Antauen.

Den veganen Speck vorbereiten. Ich stelle ihn aus Erbsenprotein her, das Rezept ist für euch mal verlinkt.

Die Zwiebel schälen und fein würfeln. Zusammen mit dem Speckersatz, Creme Fraiche Ersatz, die Gewürze, Schnittlauch, Kichererbsenmehl und den Käse vermengen.

Die Brezeln mit der Creme gut bestreichen.

Für 12-15 Minuten im Ofen backen.
